REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that applies gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears that correspond to different areas of the body. Reflexology helps promote relaxation, improve circulation, and encourage overall mind-body balance — making it especially supportive for stress, tension, and nervous system regulation.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance between the body, mind, and spirit. Through light touch, or hands held just above the body, Reiki helps calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and create space for deep relaxation, clarity, and emotional healing.

Coaching
Coaching is where my past training and experiences in human services intersect with things I’ve learned personally as a “medically complex” patient and holistic practitioner. The alchemy of my approach to helping you meet your health and wellness goals includes a comprehensive intake to understand what makes you tick, clinical best practices, and a wee bit of “woo.”
