About
Hello, fellow seekers,
I’m Heather.
Northern Colorado’s Personal Wellness Alchemist.
Let’s create some magic together!
I am an overcomer who wants to help others rise above the challenges they face so that they can navigate life with more:
More peace. More joy. More clarity. More connection. More hope.
I will help you rekindle and sustain your spark, empowering you with tools and strategies to transcend the inevitable storms of life.
MY JOURNEY
My path into holistic healing wasn’t a departure from my life’s work – it was an evolution of it.
For over two decades, I’ve supported individuals, families, and communities through advocacy, public health, trauma-informed leadership, and systems-based care, always focused on creating access, equity, and meaningful change.
In 2024, I hit a profound turning point in my life: at the age of 45, I survived a rare, inexplicable hemorrhagic stroke. Recovery required me to rebuild my relationship with my body, my nervous system, and my understanding of health itself.
I learned firsthand that healing isn’t linear, and it isn’t only physical.
It’s emotional, energetic, relational, and deeply personal.
While still navigating my own healing journey, my professional evolution began. I enrolled in Front Range Community College’s Integrative Health Program and began training in a variety of healing arts. My personal experiences and professional training in holistic wellness served as the catalyst for launching Elementum Wellness.
At Elementum Wellness, I help people stabilize their nervous systems, prevent burnout, rebuild balance, and reconnect with the wisdom their body has been holding all along.

F.A.Q.
Is this a medical practice?
No. Elementum Wellness does not diagnose medical conditions or replace medical care. Services provided are intended to support relaxation, stress management, body awareness, and overall well-being alongside appropriate medical care when needed.
Do you take insurance?
At this time, insurance is not accepted directly.
However, depending on your plan and documentation from your medical provider, some services may qualify for reimbursement through HSA/FSA accounts. Clients are responsible for verifying eligibility with their provider. I am happy to assist this process with your appropriate completion of Release of Information forms.
Do I need previous experience with Reiki or other Holistic Modalities?
Not at all! You do not need to be “spiritual,” flexible, enlightened, or able to sit cross-legged on a mountaintop to benefit from this work.
Many clients simply come because they’re stressed, sore, burned out, overwhelmed, or tired of feeling disconnected from their bodies.
What can I expect during a session?
Every session is tailored to your needs, goals, comfort level, and energy for the day. Whether you’re coming in for reflexology, Reiki, or a coaching session, you can expect collaborative, client-centered care in a calm, judgment-free environment.
Some sessions may feel deeply relaxing and restorative, while others may focus more on pain relief, nervous system regulation, mobility, or stress support. You never need to “push through” discomfort here – communication and consent are part of the process from start to finish.
What is your Healing Space Like?
Elementum Wellness is a home-based practice designed to feel welcoming, clean, safe, and grounded — more “cozy sanctuary” than sterile clinic.
The space is intentionally calming, with inclusion in mind. It features soft lighting, thoughtful touches, and just enough whimsy to help your nervous system unclench a little. Expect professionalism without unnecessary stuffiness. [Coming Soon: see for yourself at this gallery!]
How Accessible is your practice?
Accessibility matters here. Sessions can often be adapted for clients with chronic pain, mobility limitations, sensory sensitivities, fatigue, or anxiety around traditional wellness spaces.
I do have stairs to access the main entry to my home, with a few stairs down into my practice area. For clients who may be challenged by stairs, the practice space is accessible through my garage, where there is only one step into the home.
If you have specific accessibility needs or concerns, reach out before your appointment and we’ll work together to make the experience as supportive as possible.
Do you have pets?
Yes – I have both a dog and a cat in the home. However, they are not allowed in my practice space at any time to minimize any potential allergy issues.
The entire home, including my practice space, is kept clean and professional, but if you have severe allergies or sensitivities, please feel free to contact me with questions or concerns prior to booking in-person appointments with me.
What should I wear?
At Elementum Wellness, your clothes stay on for all services. Comfortable, casual clothing is encouraged, along with footwear that is easy to get in and out of. If your service includes a foot bath, consider pants or bottoms that are easy to pull up to avoid getting wet. For folks who chill easily, I have blankets or you can always bring a hoodie/sweater for your comfort.
What if I'm nervous or awkward?
What? You mean you aren’t always as cool as a cucumber when trying something new?
Honestly? That’s incredibly common. A lot of people arrive worried they won’t know what to do, how to relax, or whether they’re “doing wellness correctly.” There’s no gold star for being the calmest person in the room. You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are!
It says you do home visits?
Yes. While the bulk of Elementum Wellness appointments happen at the practice, virtually, or at select vendor fairs, the table and chairs I use for my practice are portable and allow me to come to clients living within a 15-mile radius when preferred. Home visits are reserved for existing clients with demonstration of need only. Additional fees to cover mileage and travel time apply.
